We guarantee that the money you will save when you engage the Blue Vector Car Buyer Advocacy service will far exceed the costs entailed.

Terms and Conditions

1. Recitals:

A. The Client wishes to engage the services of Blue Vector to assist with and advise upon the Client’s decision to purchase a motor vehicle.

B. Blue Vector agrees to assist and advise the Client on their motor vehicle purchase decision.

On this basis, the Parties agree as follows

2. Scope of Service:

Blue Vector will provide its services in the following three (3) phases:

a) Discovery – in this phase Blue Vector will assess the Client’s needs and create a list of options;

b) Experience – from the list of options, the Parties will discuss a short-list of options and undertake test drives

c) Solution – the final phase will involve assisting the client with the purchase decision.

3. Client Service Fee:

Blue Vector will charge the Client, and the Client agrees to pay Blue Vector on an agreed fee.

 4. Termination:

a) The Client may terminate this Agreement upon three (3) business days written notice to Blue Vector and payment of the Service Fee, or part thereof, as per clause 3 of this Agreement.

b) Blue Vector may terminate this Agreement upon five (5) business days written notice to the Client on grounds of a lack of instructions or other conduct from the Client frustrating the Agreement. At the time of termination under this sub-clause, the Client’s obligation to pay the Service Fee, or part thereof, remains, as per clause 3 of this Agreement. During the notice period, the Parties may mutually agree to continue the Agreement.

5. Client Acknowledges:

The Client acknowledges that,

a) whilst Blue Vector provides expert advice and assistance in relation to buying motor vehicles, the process is consultative and all decisions, including the final purchase decision, are made by the Client.

b) the service provided by Blue Vector and advice so given to the Client is based upon and originated from a wide variety of sources and the advice which is provided will be based on all known information at the time.

6. No liability:

The Client accepts full responsibility for all the vehicle, finance, and related choices and obligations resulting from Blue Vector’s services provided for under this agreement, including the conduct and actions of Blue Vector’s Director(s), employee(s), and officer(s), and agree to hold Blue Vector and its Director, employees, and officers harmless from any and all damages so incurred by the Client, to the full extant permitted by law.

7. Relationship between the Parties:

The Parties agree that the relationship between them is one of Principal (Client) and Independent Contractor (Blue Vector) and is not one of employer and employee, or principal and agent.

8. Governing Law:

The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, govern this Agreement.

9. Disputes:

Unresolved disputes will be referred to the Law Society of NSW Mediation Program within seven (7) business days of the other party being put on notice as to the presence of any unresolved dispute.
